"She was awesome with my cats. She has a business .... this is her career and her passion.
She took excellent care of my cats and takes in dogs in her home. She is caring, devoted to animals, will record any unsual behavior and call you if need be."

How will I be charged for services & when do I pay?
The total for services requested will be reviewed with you at the free, initial orientation. You will need to pay the total at or in advance of the first visit. A New Leash on Life accepts payment by cash or check, and does not yet accept credit cards.
Will my pets and I meet the pet sitter before service starts?
Yes, the individual who meets with you at the free orientation is the same individual who will provide your pet-sitting services. The purpose of the meeting is, in part, to ensure your pets' compatibility with the Pet Sitter.
What happens when I get back from my trip?
For the safety of your pets, you are to call your Pet Sitter to confirm you have returned. If you do not call the Pet Sitter, she will continue providing visits and you may get charged for the visit(s).
What if the pet sitter is not available during the time I will be away?
At the free orientation, your Pet Sitter will discuss with you the dates you need. If the dates are incompatible with her schedule, she will assist you in locating another Pet Sitter.
